Sessions Overview

With live in person and/or zoom sessions Troy offers techniques, guidance and support in realising and embodying the loving peace of true self through your own personal experience.

Combining a unique set of heart techniques, self enquiry, contemplation and meditative methods we will investigate, process, integrate and transcend all of the internal barriers which obscure the inner loving peace that exists within us all. Through the process of removing these inner barriers in a safe and grounded way life’s biggest challenges and causes of suffering, such as trauma, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, addictions, loneliness or simply life itself not turning out as you had hoped or planned, can be transformed into a stream of potential for growth and wisdom where the same challenges can become welcomed opportunities.

In order to create a safe and grounded space for a realisation of non-duality or spiritual awakening it is important to begin with nurturing inner virtues of patience, forgiveness, trust and unconditional love through simple and easily repeatable exercises.

The aim of these sessions is to furnish you with the tools and methods where you yourself are in charge of your own spiritual developmental journey rather than a reliance on the more traditional spiritual teacher/student dynamic.

It is important to note that these sessions are not a replacement for any ongoing or planned medical research or treatments and are better suited to mental/emotional pain rather than physical pain. Any reference within the sessions to chronic physical pain will only be in respect to nurturing acceptance and not in removal or healing physical pain.
